Not yet - I’m interested what Paris added though. I would hope they plan on adding them to Florida as well one day.Did we get extra set pieces?
The Paris version reopens later this month.

It was implied but never said as far as I know. Was that promised? Wouldn't be mad if we got a little something extra to make up for the diminished ride experience. Without 3D it's such a boring attraction. A proper C ticket now.Did we get extra set pieces?

This is sarcasm, right? While I prefer the 3D, I certainly don’t see it as a waste of time, nor do the long lines of guests waiting to ride every day.I agree, its pointless to bother riding on this anymore. My party agreed last month it was boring, not as fun, and a waste of time. I didn't even ask what they thought after and before I could they were clearly stating how it zapped all the fun out of it. Not sure who's bright idea this was but so much for that attraction.

I prefer 2D version, so upgrade for me.I sort of miss the 3D.
Yep same with people I have ridden it with! Not nearly as immersive....I agree, its pointless to bother riding on this anymore. I can totally understand this and respect your opinion. I agree that the 3D “gags” aren’t really missed. For me it’s the depth that 3D added as well as the lack of peripheral vision that the glasses caused, both helping to make the screens blend better with the surroundings.I prefer the newer version as I wear glasses anyway and it was a faff covering them with the old 3D glasses. Personally I don't miss the handful of 3D effects and think it's just as good without but others are welcome to disagree.
You are supposed to continue draining glasses of wine until you think there are enough attractions.I can totally understand this and respect your opinion. Still a fun attraction either way and one that never should have to serve as an “E” when it’s at best a “D”. Just not enough attractions in WS to eat the crowds today.
Paris has soft opened with the new props and effects. The new props seem to be focused on blending the screen edges with the environment. According to the official WDW announcement, these new props and lighting enhancements should be added to the WDW attraction soon. Not yet - I’m interested what Paris added though. I would hope they plan on adding them to Florida as well one day.
Here’s the ones I spotted.Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure will experience a short downtime Nov. 10-13, 2025 and will return with enhanced digital visuals and clearer imagery projected in 2D. Remy’s fans will spot new props and lighting enhancements when they are added to the queue and attraction over the next few months.
That’s primarily what I spotted. There’s also the tasteful projection effect in the hallway scene. That’s a pretty frequent spot for getting temporarily delayed and the effect will give those guests something more to look at than a themed wall while they await clearance for the next scene. So is it just props that mask the transition between screen and floor?
