Carousel of Progress. Do you think it should have seat belts?

I believe when they built "Meet the World" in Tokyo Disneyland (originally meant for EPCOT), they had a similar layout but the stages moved instead of the theater seats. Sadly, I never got to see that show in person.
Meet the World and the other Japanese animatronic carousel show, Andersen Theater differ drastically from Carousel of Progress and America Sings as they only have four theaters as opposed to six and the placement of the seating and stages are switched. After Ms. Stone's tragic demise, Disney altered future carousel theaters. The carousel theater that was planned for The Land only had five theaters and when Meet the World debuted at Tokyo, Disney sent safety documents, fearful that something similar to Deborah's death would happen.

Europa park had a carousel theater attraction
