So how intrusive will those car sounds be in the line for HM, walking to Country Bears, or riding along the outdoor bend on Splash?
As intrusive as the Test Track cars are to Space 220?
Remember that ill-informed moral panic?
Fund times.

You’re calling an apple an orange. Outdoor rides being audible outdoors is a matter of fact.As intrusive as the Test Track cars are to Space 220?

It is also incredibly doable to block that sound out. I lived by an interstate for years and the county did a wonderful job making sure we never heard it, even outside in our yard. If little old Knoxville can do it, Disney can do it.You’re calling an apple an orange. Outdoor rides being audible outdoors is a matter of fact.
Test Track is outdoors and I can’t recall finding it annoying. You’re calling an apple an orange. Outdoor rides being audible outdoors is a matter of fact.
Test Track is the sole outdoor ride in the area and it’s quite loud. If another outdoor ride or a themed queue was in close proximity it would be an issue.Test Track is outdoors and I can’t recall finding it annoying.
It’s not annoying but you can certainly hear it in many parts of EpcotTest Track is outdoors and I can’t recall finding it annoying.
Whether or not someone finds it annoying is a separate question from whether or not it can be heard.Test Track is outdoors and I can’t recall finding it annoying.
It’s not just a question of the ride vehicle. How fast they move and the type of track also influenced how much noise is created. The B&M roar is caused by ride vehicles that are perfectly silent when sitting still.I was thinking too much of the Autopia - if the ride vehicles are largely silent, we only need to worry about the massive visual and spatial intrusion.
I think you’re supposed to. It’s an amusement park not a library. It’s not annoying but you can certainly hear it in many parts of Epcot
With all the tables and chairs in the failed celebrations gardens area it sure feels like a library.I think you’re supposed to. It’s an amusement park not a library.![]()
Oh yeah - in radiator springs you’re definitely supposed to hear it. I’m not sure if it’s all on board audio or there are actually speakers adding to the sound out there because it’s very convincing.I think you’re supposed to. It’s an amusement park not a library.![]()
There was enough noise pollution added to mansion with the interactive queue. So how intrusive will those car sounds be in the line for HM, walking to Country Bears, or riding along the outdoor bend on Splash?
My husband made more noise than the grandkids! Lots of fun. There was enough noise pollution added to mansion with the interactive queue.
Kind of makes you wonder what the parks would look like today if it hadn't been for Wizarding World.Disney seems to have been trying to copy Universal's playbook since Potter.
Definitely wouldn’t have avatar land! We’d probably have a Star Wars land that was more fun too.Kind of makes you wonder what the parks would look like today if it hadn't been for Wizarding World.
I am just one man with a dream.
Car Land became Cars Land before Wizarding World of Harry Potter was announced.Definitely wouldn’t have avatar land! We’d probably have a Star Wars land that was more fun too.
Car land was already being developed non-ip, so we’d have that with 1 cars ride probably?
Couldn’t remember the timeline - I’ve read Kevin’s book and even met him! Was there a full IP land before that? I guess bugs land technically?Car Land became Cars Land before Wizarding World of Harry Potter was announced.
A much better place and I don't just say that as a Potter Fan turned critic of J, K. Rowling.Kind of makes you wonder what the parks would look like today if it hadn't been for Wizarding World.
Mermaid Lagoon at Tokyo DisneySEA.Couldn’t remember the timeline - I’ve read Kevin’s book and even met him! Was there a full IP land before that? I guess bugs land technically?
