I think everyone needs to keep their expectations low. Just look at their most current new area (Jumanji) and upcoming area Paw Patrol. This is not going to be anywhere near the scale of any Disney or Universal IP land.

The plot of land it is going on is just slightly bigger than Autopia at Magic Kingdom for context.

Minecraft was my childhood. I literally built theme parks to scale haha.

This is cool, surprised Universal or Disney haven’t hopped on the rights honestly.

That and the lack of true DC Comics theme park lands in America or Lord of the Rings at all, is just weird.

Yeah, it's Merlin and the entire budget for the whole land is $70 million. That's one good C-D Ticket in Orlando.

DC has been shackled to Six Flags and the Tolkien family was notoriously difficult to work with.
