Unthemed, visible coaster tracks are for Six Flags.

Umm... excuse me... but Six Flags *paints* the coaster to match the flat cut-out character at the entrance to the ride! It is so themed!!!!

Why jump straight to Six Flags? Hagrids has visible coaster tracks, current Disney would do well to create a coaster that fantastic.

I’m so serious, they need to build that concept art. It’s a slam dunk. A thorn coaster? I mean come on.

Let the coaster be maleficent, and then build a villain multiverse e-ticket ride of some sort. The end.

I do wish Universal hid the track better with Hagrids. And let's not even talk about the new Fast and Furious Six Flags coaster in Hollywood.

If only Disney could build a ride that looks like Everest, but has the pacing and flow of Hagrids or the HTTYD coaster.

A lesson that Disney learned when they did Pixar Pier. "If we just put up static figures of classic characters and paint their faces on the sides of ride vehicles, it counts as themeing!"

Why not, it looks fun.

Hagrids is a flying motorbike. Its hard to hide tracks when the vehicle is supposed to be flying outside. The last thing they should have done is gone the Disney route and came up with an excuse for the bike to be riding down a mountain.

That animated clip is extremely brief just before the Villains concept art. IIRC, it was used at D23 to introduce Villains.

I saw it and I understood what it was! My question is the same, why show that concept art specifically, or even mention Villains, if the rumor is that everything is changing? They should have shown TA and mentioned that quickly, for example, instead.

They showed Frozenland Paris before it. They were showcasing expansions. TA is not an expansion.

It was just an example. They could have showed Piston Peak! lol.

My point is just if everything is changing and that concept art is not what they're going for anymore, why show it again?

Technically, Piston Peak is also a replacement and part of Frontierland, not an expansion.

My point is just if everything is changing and that concept art is not what they're going for anymore, why show it again?

Because it's only rumored that thing's have changed. A shareholder meeting isn't the best time to announce if everything has changed and the don't normally release new concept art in a meeting
