Not sure any company would want to take on Comcast as an acquisition.

So this seems more about telling Hollywood, "don't worry we're with you", that they will unify all but their prestige award releases to the standard 45 days release window.

Regardless the issues involve what I said but the writing in general being lazy. I also think Halle Bailey is not very good looking, Tyla would’ve been a MUCH better choice, but she is an outstanding vocalist, but unfortunately that doesn’t usurp the issues. Rachel Ziegler is also not a beautiful lead like an Emma Watson or Naomi Scott, and that is another problem, but you’ll likely try to spin this into something else, and not specifically what I’m saying.
