I think the upper towers are already the darker blue, and the roof with the chevrons has a big splotch blotted out with the darker blue too.

There's a couple of small areas with pink left, and then there's the roofs and getting rid of the remaining gold trim on the lower right portion (to the right of the clock tower). Should be wrapped up by spring break as planned.

Yes. The lighter-colored roof and accents help maintain the illusion of even greater height. Higher contrast "shortens" it.

It is! They actually removed the castle from MK completely, leaving just an open plaza in the hub.
Instead, Disney now provides VR glasses (for a small fee) to all guests so we can continue to enjoy the Cinderella Castle Experience!

Grabbed this pic from blogmickey but my goodness this is glorious. This is probably the best she's ever looked imo and I just know the colors are probably better in person. Wish they'd bring back the classic hub trees too but oh well
