There's a way to save your reputation. It's a long shot, but it just might work.
The flux capacitor in the DeLorean still has enough power to send you back to precisely 8:00am on March 6th, 2026. If you can reach that point in history, celebrate KatieBug Day with the rest of us, then nobody would know of your absence, and this very conversation will have never taken place!

BUT, if you make one mistake and disrupt the space-time continuum, the consequences could be catastrophic.
KatieBug's memorable vacation could vanish from existence, Sam might end up doing something, and even worse, this very thread could change to "A Very Magical Day At Biff's".
So just be careful (and good luck).

Now... without further delay...

Funnily enough, I just went to see Back to the Future the Musical when in toured here in Baltimore.

Some teenagers in line for concessions behind me were talking about the second one and how it was supposed to be the future, but it was "JUST 2015".

I was about to say 2015 was the future when the first one was made, and also when I first watched it in 2003. Then I realized these kids weren't born in 2003. And then I wanted to go lie down someplace. Kids making everything so unmagical....

Hard to believe it, but Sam is actually doing something these days! o_O

He's got himself a pretty good job writing speeches for some powerful world leaders.
If you really pay attention to the news, you can spot some of the people who have hired him over the years.

That's amazing. I had no idea Sam was fluent in Russian nothing. I guess he is also a brilliant linguist in other languages as well.
All his speeches can be used interchangeably no matter who is giving the speech.

Here's a thought for you all. With how anonymous she's managed to remain and given she's apparently returned to WDW after the legendary day that sparked this thread, some of us may have walked past THE Katiebug on vacation and never knew. Consider it, friends.
