After listening to this video I feel that we have been erroneously blaming only Sam! He was just one of two or maybe even more worthless CM's. It seems to me after studying the statements of Katie, that Sam and Winston are a team that are out to destroy the happiness of all Mothers of Four with a respective Prince and Princess of enjoying themselves. Shameful! Don't they know that rules are made to be broken especially for a 1st time (Oops I mean 20 time) visitor, travel agent and probably much more importantly, an executive of something.

I just found this. I'm not sure if this has been mentioned here before.
Sam and Winston should be replaced immediately or at least hang their collective head in shame. I'm sure that her younger children were traumatized into years of psychological treatment. I'm also sure that the two oldest ones are probably either doing drugs or in jail because they are angry adults now, acting out due to being unable to process the massive injustice thrust upon them because of Sam and Winston's cruel treatment of that victimized sweet lady and mother.
I am truly shocked! I'm close to over it now, but it still lingers.

I just want everyone to know that It is two days before the Annual KatieBug Festivus where we all sit around the flag pole in MK and air our grievances. This event will be moderated by Sam who, as per tradition, will do nothing. So mark your calendars it's going to be an unmagical day.

Because this is such a momentous post from the past I think we should petition Mom. Upon the approaching anniversary date we need a Katiebug banner ion the WDWMAGIC site like the Holiday bells banner we get at Christmas time. Something needs to be done to alert everyone about this yearly event. I need time to prepare sending out my invitations and for the buying of my champagne and horderves.
