Totally not fair, the overseas parks get everything cool
I’m curious what the logo will look like.Guess the park name is confirmed, personally like Disneyland Abu Dhabi as the official name, plus this was the non asian parks (even tho Ik Middle East is technically Asia) are Disneyland followed by city name and the asian parks are city followed by Disneyland
Cut him slack, he’s just going to Tosche Station to pick up some power converters!Totally not fair, the overseas parks get everything cool

This is concerning to witness that no one in the comment peeped that it’s AI ! This is crazy how much AI change every aspect of the society even down to theme park ! In the future we might see WDI coming out to debunk them fake concept att that are circulating everywhere ! It create false hype which can result with disappointment at end.
Just spin it as the fireworks show being plused.Today would have been a very interesting day for guests visiting Disneyland Abu Dhabi
Some people in Burbank might be reading that contract very closely right now...Today would have been a very interesting day for guests visiting Disneyland Abu Dhabi
Oh, what did Abu Dhabi do?Today would have been a very interesting day for guests visiting Disneyland Abu Dhabi
Depending on what I've heard about the contract being correct, this might be enough for Disney to be able to exit the deal entirely. If they want. I doubt they will, but it will give some people pause...Disney doesn't own any of Abu Dhabi Disneyland.
Disney gets paid a licensing fee for the real owners to use their IPs.
And Disney gets paid for the use of their Imagineering crew building what the Emir asks for.
If ADD isn't built or never opens or doesn't do well... Disney still gets paid.

Yes.Isn’t it just a licensing deal like OLC?
All true but if/when it’s built it will instantly become the most American icon in that part of the world, I think for that reason alone it would be a primary target in conflicts like this, not for financial or strategic reasons, purely for propaganda reasons. I think the idea of a Disney park in flames being broadcast worldwide on prime time news would give the attackers exactly the type of impact they’d want.Disney doesn't own any of Abu Dhabi Disneyland.

Thankfully the defenses around all these countries seem to be holding up, it’s a horrible thought none the less though.
But unlike OLC, if information I've heard is correct, there is an exit provision baked into the deal. Which is my point. Global Security must be having a field day right now. While I disagree that they should pull out of the deal because of this reason, versus other reasons that are more practical... Anyone who wouldn't be concerned about Yas Island in general being a potential target, never mind DLAD, is most likely not entirely correct. It absolutely is and I hope things have been accounted for as a result.Yes.
