Just a 5 minute wait poster for the train…. Anyone over there today from the forum?
I did ride the 4:20 train over to Conservation Station yesterday; it was maybe a 10 min. wait at most. I think the main "draw" (no pun intended) with guests was attending the last animation presentation, but I wanted to visit the petting zoo. I spoke with a kind cast member who said that the animals were going to other zoos that had the same accreditation as DAK and added as much as she and the other cast would miss them, that they will be loved and treated well. She said there were a few who need extra TLC that DAK will continue to care for but obviously the critters will no longer be out and about with guests. I only saw goats and sheep during the time I was there around 4:40ish; only one goat was in the mood for pets. The others were resting. I'll include some photos of the cuties!

Wait, what? What's the point then?
I don’t think it’s been explicitly confirmed, but the post on Disney Parks Blog from December definitely hints at a meet and greet. We’ll just have to wait and see 🤷‍♀️

From DPB:

New Bluey Experience Coming to Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Beginning in summer 2026 at Walt Disney World Resort, you’ll be able to take a fun excursion to Conservation Station in Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, where you can play and dance with Bluey and Bingo! Play some of your favorite games from Bluey episodes with a fun animal twist, like butterfly keepy uppy.

Grab the whole family and snap some pictures alongside your Blue Heeler pals to remember this one-of-a-kind adventure. Plus, as part of your wild excursion, step outside to discover an experience with animals native to Bluey’s home country of Australia!

How mad are people going to be after they take the train back there and find out, the Bluey experience does not include a photo op?
Is there some miscommunication where people are expecting there to be a photo op? If one wasn’t announced then there should be no expectation of one.

To get families who would otherwise not come to AK, sell merch, move the petting zoo animals to other facilities to save funds and push Disney+ subscriptions.
This appears to be misinformation rooted in no factual basis, simply opinionated speculation. Feel free not to post lies in the future.

Does this line from the parks blog not mean that? "Grab the whole family and snap some pictures alongside your Blue Heeler pals"
Sounds like they’re saying feel free to take pictures during this experience. There’s no mention of a dedicated photo op so why expect one?
