I'd put Len Testa at the head of that sequence.Gotta love the WDWMagic > Internet > WDWMagic cycle.
I agree. It's just funny to see something posted here circle back as "new" news.I'd put Len Testa at the head of that sequence.

CHERNABOG MOUNTAIN PLEASE
Seems like this must have changed. I just clicked on his article on this topic and it's dated February 16, 2026.Toms biggest problem is he doesn't date his articles. Then he updates them months or years later without any recorded time stamps.
Frustrating but I like his writing from time to time.
While it would be nice to have the exterior-facing rockwork and new water features done earlier, I just don't see a world where it is completed meaningfully earlier than the rest of the land, especially considering the likely scale and complexity of Piston Peak itself, which forms part of the exterior wall.Construction everywhere, particularly at RoA looks like it’s all moving along nicely. I’m curious if some of the perimeter areas of cars will have some walls come down once the have some of those elements in place and the interior work is hidden by the exterior?
I'd put Len Testa at the head of that sequence.
We all appreciate everything you do, Len. Thank you.I’m just gonna say that this is an amazing community with people who know way more than me. Sometimes I’m just the one that gets quoted.
Yeah, have to admit I think he should’ve given the forums a shout out, IMO, or at least link to Len’s post. But, I still thought there was an interesting perspective in the article worth sharing.Hmmmm
It seems to me that until we have all angle photo's we will not be able see anything from above that will look different for quite awhile. Two dimension pictures do not show anything but flat land. The current earth moving will take a bit of time before the entire landscape is in place and only then will thing like water locations will become obvious. As much as Magic is a lot of the thought pattern of a Disney fan, that doesn't mean that they just snap their collective fingers and instantly a whole new geographical build will be visible. This project is not a week or month project. It is years, so instead of making wild guesses how about just waiting to see what develops. That way you avoid disappointment. Is anyone able to make heads and tails about where the water will be going by the cars ride?
Yeah I figured that would be the case. Was just thinking out loud mostly but you’re probably right. While it would be nice to have the exterior-facing rockwork and new water features done earlier, I just don't see a world where it is completed meaningfully earlier than the rest of the land, especially considering the likely scale and complexity of Piston Peak itself, which forms part of the exterior wall.

The reason the carts don’t move around much is because while they might be mobile there is other fixed infrastructure that supports their operation. Power and data for the registers. Water and sewer for the hand washing sink that’s usually there.Huh. I didn't realize mobile carts needed permits for demolition!
There are of course ODV carts that don’t require either of these.Power and data for the registers. Water and sewer for the hand washing sink that’s usually there.
Yes, but even with those there is a preference for placing them at predetermined locations with power, data and an area drain. There are of course ODV carts that don’t require either of these.
