I actually think it's good they make the effort with the wrap. In a perfect world you'd never see anything blocking the building but it beats scaffolding, a blank wrap and at least from a distance looks more pleasant.

Agreed. Just one of those necessary evils that has to be done. I rather have it under a wrap and scrim every once and awhile than having it fall apart due to neglect.
