So for the one-bedrooms this is showing a toilet in one area of the divided bathroom and a shower and a tub in the other? If so, that set up seems kinda crappy. It’s much more functional for a family to have a shower/tub in each area.
It's hard for me to tell, but it looks like it's a toilet room, a sink/shower room, and a pocket door leading into the tub/sink room. 3-part bathroom, on par with most DVC villas I think (SSR, BCV, BRV, etc) if I'm seeing it correctly.

I know I never dreamed they would literally wreck this beautiful area. They keep finding every last bit of pristine property and cant leave anything alone and ruin it. I imagine the campground will be razed in the not too distant future and port orleans demolished for high rises.
LL is 9-story buildings. Good luck with that.

I don't know the campground very well, but I wonder if Disney has any plans to relocate Pioneer Hall. Bigger building, updates to the dinner show space, etc.
