Trip Report Heigh-Ho, Heigh-Ho it’s off to TR’ing we go!!

And I swear, before anyone thinks I’m biting off @wdisney9000’s title I’m not!! I had the title in my mind while I was on the plane. Imagine my surprise when I opened up this app & saw his latest!! I debated but it was hard enough for me to come up with that title much less pick another one. @wdisney9000 I hope you’re ok with this!! And more importantly now that I know we’re both here at the same time I hope we get to meet up again!!

Ok, here we go!!

Here’s the crew(in the elevator-interesting place for a pic) when we first arrived here an hour ago!!

Leaving cold, dreary Pittsburgh behind!!

In a much warmer climate!!

We have a 1BR in The Springs section. Literally right across the street from the main building. Perfect!!

Check out the new soap/lotions!!

We headed to bell services to pick up our groceries & when I looked at the app I saw that they canceled our order!! I placed it again & it should be delivered this evening. I don’t understand why but the silver lining is that I took off the hand soap now that Disney has liquid in the room. We normally always order a liquid one so it saved us a few bucks!!

Another fabulous day in the books!!

We had an absolutely awesome crew at Baseline today!! I’m sure you know all these fine people!!

I’m sure there was no doubt in anyone’s mind but let me say that @wdisney9000’s crew were an absolute pleasure to meet & hang out with!! And, I explained my TR title “situation” to him & we’re still friends!!

After enjoying some time together we parted ways. R had left early on to go back to Saratoga(he wasn’t feeling well). Us 5 went to do single rider on Rise. We’re still scratching our heads as to what happened. We literally walked all the way through & right onto the ride. J, E, H & Darstarr were put in the same row & I was in the car behind them. It was a total of 10 minutes from start to finish & the 4 of them were together. It was so fun & we still are wondering how that happened!!

I am so happy for you!!! You deserve all this amazing, magical fun. I just wish Rob was feeling better and your knee wasn't causing so much pain!!

You’re so sweet!! He’s feeling better now!! Unfortunately my knee is still being a PIA but I expected that!!
He was actually off to begin with-teacher inservice day!!

I had remembered that some of Taylor Swift’s costumes from The Eras tour were on Display in One Man’s Dream. I’ll be the first to admit I really don’t know her newer, more recent music-like I’m talking the last 10 years worth or so!! But, when H was little/younger I took her to 3 Taylor Swift concerts over the years. Anyhow, I thought it would be cool to check out her costumes.

We met back up near the front of the park. Darstarr was watching some pop up performers while we said hi to Chip N Dale.

We were on our way to Epcot!!

But, I have no photographic evidence. Apparently I didn’t take a single picture!! H & J took a ride on Remy. Us 3 headed to LaCava but the line was again insane!! We walked(maneuvered) the crowded WS then met up with H & J at The Boardwalk.

We stopped for a beverage at Joe’s.

H wanted to try this from the corn dog place. She said it was great!!

Darstarr was meeting her sons for dinner & we had to get to DS for ours.

Boy, she’s been trouble this trip!!

We checked in for our reservation. They went to seat us then realized they couldn’t bc there was a spill on the floor near the table. Then they forgot about us. After finally being seated they must have forgot that they did. We waited forever for our waitress!! When she finally took our drink order she took so long to come back that our bar drinks arrived before the pops did!! We ordered 3 appetizers-she only put in 2.
She was nice but not on her A game in the least!!

There’s 2 of our 3 appetizers!!

R had rested all day & was feeling better.

I got the picnic fried chicken basket. It was good.

R got spaghetti but substituted rigatoni noodles.

Appetizer #3 finally arrived after we had to tell her we never got it. She admitted to forgetting to order it so she didn’t charge us for it.

Dinner was good but the service put a damper on things. We picked up a few cookies on the way out.

The food is great & so is the entertainment!!
I don’t know what it is about their macaroni salad but I could live on it!!
I’m glad you enjoy it as much as we do!!

Yep, great for both food and entertainment…just simply a wonderful time…!!!
I have pics and video of our granddaughters on the dance floor with our oldest daughter and SonIL, and it’s just precious…!!!!!
We all left there full and happy…!!!!!

4 of the 5 of us decided to hit AK briefly this morning.
H had this coffee last month & said it was good so I gave it a try.

It was good but like she said there’s a lot of work involved with it. It needs stirred quite a bit before you can drink it.

Don’t let the sun fool you. It’s chilly!!

We took a ride on Dinosaur.

H, J & I went on Everest via single rider.

While E went here to get J a night blossom but they weren’t open yet.

And now we’re waiting on a bus.

Ive contacted my lawyer and will be pressing charges for plagiarism and ill probly notify ICE just to be safe hahaha!

Darstarr just dropped me off at the airport & she said to say hello to everyone!!

We got back to Saratoga & went back to the room to meet R & get our luggage.

J is funny. At the age of 10 he knows all about the frustration & embarrassment of leaving WDW. As we’re leaving the room he says, “Here it is, the walk of shame”!!

We ate lunch at Chip N Dale’s and before long our transportation arrived. My family got the Uber to the airport & mine came to take me to The Polynesian!!

My transportation was none other than my friend, Darstarr!!

Our room wasn’t ready so we got on the waitlist for Trader Sam’s & about 1/2 hour later here we were!!

Room was ready so we went there next!!

I liked the little freezer there!!

We got our things settled in the room then headed to AK!!

Our first stop was Rainforest Cafe while we waited for this fine young man!!

Time for Moonlight Magic!!

We were having fun!!

My main goal was to get a pic of “Access Denied”
Score!!

Afterwards we made some friends!!

You can probably guess where we went next!!
