It’s possible. It’s a common approach unless they really want to keep something concealed.
Given the nature of the ride, with electronics and such as opposed to a straight up simple gravity coaster, and the rain in Florida, is there any benefits to getting the building closed up first and then doing the track install? I mean I can see generally how having the space to do the erection without a building around you is helpful, but can also see how having an enclosed space without weather restrictions could be a plus also.

The electronics can get installed sperate from the track, so they could install the track before the building and then go back and install the more sensitive equipment, although most coasters are designed to run outdoors so that might not even be a concern.

We’ll see about both obviously. But the four separate vehicle loading platforms is a positive that it is not entirely unconsidered. The track length seems in the middle of RnRC/Tron versus Cosmic Rewind.
I feel like intensity needs to factor in also, for more intense rides like RnRC and Cosmic Rewind I feel the length of both are adequate, long enough to get the rush but not so long you get sick/beat up, for something more mild like 7DMT, Tron, etc I wish they were much longer though. I feel like the Door coaster is going to fall into the more mild category where a longer track will be necessary to make it feel like a complete ride.

Tron specifically needed to be longer, I loved that ride but it should have been twice as long, especially to justify the LL price.

It’s likely just a question of logistics. The electronics don’t necessarily need to be installed with the steel. But it’s also a Vekoma ride system and would probably be designed for some exposure to the elements. This wouldn’t be the first ride with a vertical lift and the existing ones aren’t all inside.
