MK Piston Peak and Villains Land Construction Thread

Since the Haunted Mansion queue was just brought up a page ago, it's interesting to note in the newest Bioreconstruct aerials that they carved out a chunk of trees immediately to the west of the current queue. Would definitely make an ideal nook to allow for the removal of the horrid awning.

I'm guessing the HM entrance will likely move further back too and away from that busy intersection
The entrance is honestly in a perfectly fine location as long as people aren't spilling out of it, which an extended queue would alleviate. Also, assuming the Piston Peak artwork is even remotely accurate, it's not like the gate is particularly close to the junction being added for that either.

It looks like they cleared all the landscaping in front of the facade? Agree with the comments that if they can make an extended queue in that cleared out area that it would solve all sorts of guest flow issues while still keeping the entrance in Liberty square. The fact that the construction walls didn’t overtake the old keelboat dock makes me think that it’s not going anywhere.

The old keelboat dock is behind construction walls.

Ah I see that now. Still would think that if it was going away that they would have knocked it down with the rest of TSI but who knows
very curious what will happen....makes less and less sense to be demo'd at this point...which makes me grateful...I'll take what I can get.
