Taking 'Summer' for example, it begins...
  • at the Summer Solstice on June 21-ish.
  • Or at the Vernal Equinox on March 21-ish.
  • Or when college students are free to take Summer jobs at the beginning of May.
  • Or when grade school students are done with school late June.
  • Or on Memorial Day.
  • Or the beginning of the 4th fiscal quarter which is July.
Apply to the other seasons.

Disney says XXX will open (reopen) next summer. Guests assume Memorial Day (at the latest).
Disney means June 21st, a few days later is good enough. July 4th means attraction is operational for most of the summer. Close enough

Wondering if this ends up being a fully enclosed exit tunnel from BTMR that u-turns you and spits you out almost directly in front of the attraction. As a temporary solution while they integrate BTMR's exit area into the future Piston Peak landscape

I think it’s to block the view of the construction after exiting the ride.

Honestly Big Thunder will really need a little thematic area around it to make it feel relevant especially when Carsland Autoparts mountain National Park is built...Big Thunder will become the odd piece of a Western Frontier that ceases to exist... They should add some additional structures and things around the entrance... Stuff like they did for Grizzly Mountain in HKDL just to give it a sense of place and time... So a gift shop, a F&B location for snacks...a place to sit and wait for others on the ride.... Some shade and that sort of thing... like a small Rainbow Ridge...

That would make sense, but that structure looks way to sketchy to handle guest traffic for the next couple years, especially though a couple hurricance seasons.

Big Thunder Mountain is going to look like that mini golf place over on 192. Strangely out of place
