DHS Monster Inc Land Coming to Disney's Hollywood Studios

I apologize if this was mentioned already, but the more I look at the aerial photos of the footprint the more perplexed I get ...as it seems Monsters Coaster is going to be so particularly far-away from the rest of what will become MonstersLand? That seems like quite a long walk for the guest to make from everything else.
It's actually not that far, I think it was Hey Brickey who said the distance from the land to the coaster is the same as the Cocacola stand to galaxys edge tunnel. plus the waits for this thing will be massive and they need an area to keep people separate from the land

That's a good thing.

The Ratatouille square is jam packed with guests because the ride is bringing in 2,000 guests per hour.

The same crowding happens in TSL, too. The attractions bring in more guests than comfortably fit. It's also a problem for the Potterlands.

I applaud a much larger square in front of an attraction.
Thank you for the insights @MisterPenguin and @Nickm2022! I haven't yet been to Ratatouille, TSL or either of the most recent Potterlands, so now the distance makes perfect sense to me! I knew I'd find the answers here! Thanks again!

Gonzo has been removed from the Clocktower..

I was hoping they'd keep Gonzo as a MV3D "Easter egg" of Monstersland like they've kept Malestrom's Puffins in Frozen and Dreamflight's chickens in Buzz. I know Gonzo has been labeled an alien, a "Whatever" or a "Wierdo," but I always saw him as a monster (by Muppet standards). After all, his pre-Muppet Show incarnation was as a monster.

They will probably keep "A net full of JELLO" in the queue area perhaps?

It’s possible They could put him back in when construction is done. We can’t have gonzo falling into a construction site!
