I think your criteria might be a little aspirational. I can't think of a single Six Flags attraction that approaches the quality of Mission BO
The Justice League shooter is pretty comparable. Screens, AA preshow, a rushed attempt of themeing. Mission BO is a more thrilling ride, but I'd say thats also because Six Flags doesn't need family rides to be thrill rides as they have quite a smorgasbord of thrill rides for all types.

Is Mission BO better? In some ways, a little. In some ways, no. And the fact that Disney created a ride that's debatable equal to a Six Flags attraction is how I know it's not up to standard for Disney.

Yeah I'm gonna have to fully disagree with you there, the Justice League shooter is not even debatably equal to Mission BO. Even the Rocket AA in the preshow alone underlines that these are two attrations in different leagues.

I agree with the point you're trying to make: DCA is short on attractions that represent Disney at its very best, but to suggest that attractions like Mission BO are Six Flags level is just disingenuous

I hope Disney chooses to develop the Simba lot plot of DisneylandForward before the northern plot because even after this next tranche of DCA "3.0," the gulf between the two parks will remain significant. Probably won't happen if they plan to maximize the space within the parks' current boundaries but based on need I'd go:
I think Simba would be addressed first since they are building the EGW, which will more than make up for the spots they will lose when they expand DCA into it. Based on the amount Disney agreed with the City of Anaheim to invest in DLR by 2034, I think the first phase of the Simba buildout will be included in that sum. Hopefully it gets announced at D23 2028.

Just wanted to mention that the Fantastic Four aren't going to be on Campus. They're going to be in Tomorrowland.

But Red Guardian has been abso-freaking-lutely AMAZING on Campus. I cannot recommend enough visiting him. He's hilarious.
Pretty sure Invisible Woman is gonna be in Bayou Country. She was in the concept art.

for those interested, today at Avengers Campus I noticed the Spider-Man show switched to the longer version (where Spider-Man does his wall-crawling routine in addition to stuntronic portion). I'm not sure if it's a one-time thing (important Marvel exec visiting for the day?) or maybe it's a sign that they'll be switching back to longer version again. I hope it's the latter!

awesome news! I'm curious for the Marvel enthusiasts (@MarvelCharacterNerd and anyone else!) if Imagineering got free reign and entertainment union contracts weren't a limitation. What would a fully "activated" Avenger's Campus look like throughout the day?

Fixed Location Show Elements + Meet & Greets
- Spider-Man Stunt "Sequence" (I hesitate to call it a show)
- Avenger's Quin-jet Stunt "Moment"
- Dr. Strange Show
- Guardians of the Galaxy dance thing?

Walk-Around
- Marvel promotional push of the season
- Deadpool seems like a fun bit of snark to keep around
- any other heros who should be a regular feature?

Currently the Campus entertainment consists of the Spidey stuntronic, the Dora Milaje training, the Guardians Dance-Off and the Circle of Unity show moment where Sam assembles the Avengers - this was introduced for Brave New World and is a nice chance to see a bunch of heroes all together on Campus. And then there are the group games the characters play with guests like charades, red light green light and rock paper scissors.

I miss the Avengers Assemble stunt show and absolutely want a new one back but it was fully outdated after Thunderbolts. But I'm going to miss the Hawkeye holiday stunt show even more. That was fantastic at Christmas time.

And while I miss the Doctor Strange show, it is nice to have that area available all day for the meet & greets as one of the few shady spots on Campus.

Hated having Deadpool around. An R-rated highly sexualized character who celebrates drug use and is insanely violent does not belong in a Disney park "entertaining" children. Thrilled he's gone. Red Guardian however, was a fantastic comedic addition to Campus. Glad he's around for Oogie Boogie Bash but wished he'd stayed a regular longer. He's hilarious.

I saw a picture of one of the CMs in a helmeted position and they must not have any standards for the role. I'm not trying to body shame or make fun of anyone but if they are in a superhero costume, they should look the part at least a bit. This isn't a Chuckie Cheese, this is your flagship US representation of Marvel superheroes.

I'm not sure if you're trying to joke here or not.

But I assume you're talking about Red Guardian, and assume you haven't seen Thunderbolts or even Black Widow. The CM is playing that character exactly as they are portrayed on-screen, ie a bit more portly.

So they are looking the part of the Marvel character.

Rocket and Starlord could be grouped together but Deadpool isn't the same.
Deadpool within the Parks is the same though, which is the point they were making. They have been toned down from their on-screen counterparts to be appropriate in a Parks setting.

This was the same discussion had last year when this announcement of Deadpool being added to DCA was made. People feared that Disney was going Rated R in the Parks, which many of us knew they wouldn't do.

Also he is easy to avoid if you can't handle him being in the Parks.
