Carousel of Progress refurb?

Carousel definitely needed attention, but I'm not sure this is what it needed. Guess we'll have to see when it opens

I'm not sure how much space is even behind that curtain, but it'd make the most sense to put it there as an intro.

I feel like there’s almost no chance of this, unless they go the Ai route. That final scene is for sure changing. The question is…to what? Will it be a return to the original Progress City ending? Or will it be something new entirely? And if it’s the former…will they bring back the original show audio? Or will they re-record it with a new cast?

I do wonder if it'll be a slightly less complex animatronic, just based on the pose in the concept art vs Disneyland's. Seems Walt will only be standing on not leaning on any desks.
