Counting 4 for Pirates, 4 for Thunder, 3 for Rise, 3 for Tower (which btw is crazy talk, I'm sorry; no way that one's not—conservatively—top five material), and 2 for Flight of Passage.
I'll again defensively change my vote, to Pirates this time, because while Big Thunder probably is hardly anyone's #1, it's pretty much perfect for what it is. For proof, just look to the fact of how the philistine creeps in executive suites who make these ride-eliminating decisions IRL are going out of their way to demolish or desecrate literally every other part of Frontierland, but they're not touching BTMR. That tells you something: it fundamentally works. I've always wished it were Marc Davis's Western River Expedition, but instead of that we got this, and...this here's the wildest ride in the wilderness! Splash Mountain rather than Big Thunder is probably Tony Baxter's masterpiece, but hey, at least we get to keep one of them.

I wonder if Splash Mountain would’ve still been in this bracket had it stuck around at WDW? Certainly it wouldn’t have gone out first like it’s lacklustre replacement.
Anyways, Rise is long overdue for elimination. Quality ride, but it’s easily skippable and far from a classic.

It's very interesting to see how our opinions on attractions differ. Disney has certainly done a good job at providing a mix of attractions so that we all can enjoy the parks, even if we don't enjoy every attraction.
For me, I like seeing the final few attractions being a mix of classics and new attractions. Rise to me is my all-time favorite. I will never forget riding it on opening day (even with the down times that delayed our ride).

I don't think there's any question that Splash would still be in the running. Barring some fluke, I'd have expected it to land on the podium, bronze medal at worst.
In the current thread "The Real Genius of Tower of Terror," user TalkToEthan proposed that there were only 3 true masterpiece Disney rides in the U.S.: ToT (WDW), Pirates (DL), and Haunted Mansion (presumably both as they're largely similar; your favorite usually signals which coast you grew up on). I drafted, but forgot to post, a reply saying that I agree, but that a few years ago it would have been 4 with Splash Mountain. That to me (along with arguably a few more things if you go all the way back to unadulterated EPCOT Center) constitutes the real Olympus of Imagineering achievements. Lots of other great stuff, but nevertheless a gap between these and the rest.

I think it's likely it'd still be around. Splash was arguably my favorite ride at MK and Tiana's isn't even in my top 10 now. I'm sure it'll grow on me a bit over the years as things typically do, especially if my toddler ends up loving it.

I like SSE a lot but it’s not even remotely comparable to those two.

Indeed. It's much better.
CW is just "ride-go-fast!" and Rise is style over substance. Neither of them have any depth.
