Just to show you learn something new everyday there is a permit for 1200 N Miller St, about 7 miles from Disneyland, that says "Dlr - Miller Warehouse - Tenant Improvement: Relocate Air Supply Fan From Top Of Existing Spray Booth To Roof With New Structural Support, Electrical And Mechanical."

I wasn't aware of a Disney warehouse there. Here's screen grab below.

I found references to the Miller Warehouse as being where WDI does all the art and scene fabrication for Entertainment and special events at DLR, and even costuming.

If you go back a few years, there were permits pulled for $360k in warehouse racking and $50-60k for the paint booth. I don't know if WDI has any presence there. My info is that it is all Entertainment Division, including the Art Department.

Probably the same info, as I said I found references which included people’s LinkedIn profile to it being WDI for Entertainment and special event fabrication including art and scenes as well as costuming. Also they could have moved more stuff in there over the years too.
