Maul- Shadow Lord, the animated Clone Wars spin-off series about Maul hitting Disney+ next year, might be as close to this as we get.

For those that enjoyed the Red Letter Media series on the prequals, they just released a new Mr. Plinkett style video on the current state of the franchise. Cracked me up a few times but more importantly, they really nail a lot of the issues.
