For those that enjoyed the Red Letter Media series on the prequals, they just released a new Mr. Plinkett style video on the current state of the franchise. Cracked me up a few times but more importantly, they really nail a lot of the issues.

Production on Star Wars: Starfighter has begun:
Today, to mark the start of production on Star Wars: Starfighter, Lucasfilm has announced the full cast for the upcoming feature film from Shawn Levy. Joining the previously announced Ryan Gosling, the film stars Flynn Gray, Matt Smith, Mia Goth, Aaron Pierre, Simon Bird, Jamael Westman, Daniel Ings, and Amy Adams.

The same has been floating around since Celebration, it hasn't been taken down yet. So I think we're safe. I also sort of expect the same to be shown with Avatar 3.

I’m thinking they’ll attach it with Tron: Ares, actually, because Disney will not want to let that movie flop and will do the one thing to make people see it: have the Mando & Grogu trailer play in theaters exclusively with Tron 3 for a few days before putting it up online on Columbus Day.

I can’t remember the last time I saw a Star Wars trailer and got excited, I was really worried after how horrible season 3 of Mando was but this looks like it has potential to be good.

Yes it’s real, it’s was shown at Celebration back in April which is where the video comes from.
Correct. I have seen it several times since it was leaked, but they were usually taken down within an hour or two. This was the first one I came across that actually had a little age to it.

Mando looks like it will at least have some satisfying SW action. I'm still concerned about the actual story though.
