Japanese folk seemed very submissive to me, not ones to complain - they had a zen like spirit to queue 2/3 hours for a 2 minute attraction. Most foreigners were aghast at how awful it was.
Imagine the zen needed to have to spend three hours in line with a gang of loud obnoxious yanks behind you non-stop yapping how awful everything is.

Bless the Japanese, amazing people.

I haven't followed this one closely, are there plans for where the old one is going away?

Which is wild, what was once a FULL Space Mountain, will become a plaza. I wonder if it will look as compact as in the Concept Art, or will feel as expansive as I think it will have to be?

Maybe the height of the building is making me think the area it took up was huge...
I think what will make it feel not TOO big is the entrance ramp that sweeps into the plaza
So you won't actually walk all the way to the back of the plaza to enter Space Mountain

Instead that back section will likely feel like a nice seating area out of the way of the crowds, where people can wait for their parties to come out of SM

Previously the SM escalators were very much in the way and caused a lot of crowding

The ramp looks right out of Tron.

It will probably feel like Shanghai’s Tomorrowland which is a very pleasant area to just sit and relax

I also think you are indirectly normalizing this against Magic Kingdom in your minds eye. Tokyo’s space felt way too close in and claustrophobic. While the plaza will be bigger, it’s half correcting for a preexisting fault.

It will likely feel a little unusually spacious now.

Tokyo DisneySea like omg, Its hot and humid in summer, the heat is crazy and funny enough the harbor had been turning on the water cannons during daytime without the MRS GREEN apple song.

Its not funny when wait times are accurate like for frozen 120 mins wait and 60 mins wait for Busy Buggies and 50 mins wait for Neverland adventure and Lantern festival.

Soarin is still popular 100 mins wait.
harbor shows on daytime are non-existent.

Dreams Take flight was Cool and fun.
Big band beat was meh at best.
Finale merch were actually good.

I will not be riding on Raging spirits on a 80 mins wait.

Indiana Jones adventure and Neverland adventure had system failures during the day.
20,000 leagues were under refurb.

and um oh yeah Dockside stage remix was fun.
