Yeah, it's highly unlikely that those materials are for anything other than the event space at the front.

Why does Epic need an "event space?" It hosts no events. It's not too late to put an attraction there, Universal!

I was obviously being sarcastic... except for the part about this space being put to better use on an attraction, because that's just factual.
