Does anyone know what the original context was? That’s absolutely crazy.

My guess is that the source image was edited after the fact. My 2nd guess is that the poster was/is/will be a time traveler.

Not sure what you're getting at. I saw the post in question. It's from 2013, so the coronavirus joke doesn't seem like it would've been topical at the time (not that coronaviruses didn't exist before 2020 but they weren't a major story back then and the question was about the context of the meme, hence my guess that the image was linked from a source that was later edited or that the poster was/is/will be a time traveler).

I used to be, but in my defense I lived in Vermont at the time and something as intense as MCO did not exist. It was almost the same as WDW itself. I've been many places since then and I'd have to say I'm over it now.
