Trip Report Food, Flowers & FARTS… Festival Fun In 2025

I’m taking a page from @Tuvalu 's playbook and combining our 2025 adventures together. Perhaps I’ll even keep it (mostly) updated?? Lol

Thank you all in advance for joining along on our adventures! I have so much fun sharing with all of you!

Let the festival fun begin…

I think I'm in the minority here, but I have to admit, I really like this show!

We didn't plan to stay the entire day at MK, so we headed off to get in a few more attractions...

First was our bear friends...

Followed by our Monster friends...

Our dear Hope remains obsessed with Mike W. and the Laugh Floor. Her favorite line is when Mike W is warming up the crowd and asks how everyone is doing. The crowd cheers and he either says, "Very Good!" or he says, "Come on, you can do better than that!". The later is Hope's favorite line. I don't know why... but to our excitement, he said it at our performance, so all was good with the world!

With that, it was almost time to leave MK, but not before saying hi to our friends from the 100 Acre Woods.

We used the royal restrooms...

Then we needed a snack before we headed out. The girls walked over to Casey's

...while I slipped over to Adventureland for these beauties..

We enjoyed our dinner with a perfect view.

Then we headed out, but where would we go?

We found a bus to HS and met some rare friends as soon as we walked in!

We also said a quick hello to our favorite dino.

We watched Vacation Fun.

Julia got a snack.

Played with some toys...

The girls wanted to see the Muppets. As we walked in, the CM took notice of Hope's attire cried out to her, "Did you have to wear that t-shirt??" lol

Visited some droids...

And then we headed out, but we weren't ready for bed just yet.

Instead, we took a bus back to The Contemporary. We mobile ordered from Contempo Cafe

Hope went for the old reliable chicken tenders.

While Julia and I shared a flatbread.

However, food wasn't the main reason why we came here. It was After Hours at MK and at 11:00pm, they would have a performance of Enchantment. None of us had ever seen it, and while I was quite content with HEA, I was curious as to how it was. So after our bellies were full, we walked out to the deck are, where I was shocked to see only a few people.

There was a small section of seats so we settled in and waited and in just a few minutes....

It was fun and I'm glad we got to see it. But please don't take away HEA!!!

We put in a full day and were beat! We hopped on the monorail right before it shut down for the night and made our way back to MK.

And then grabbed bus back to POP. We were delighted to find this...

It would be the only Mousekeeping "magic". But that's okay, I'll take whatever they leave.

That's a cute photo of your daughters with Pinocchio and Geppetto. (Picture caught my attention -- I can't recall ever seeing these two Disney characters in the parks, on any of my visits to WDW over the years.) Although it's always random timing whenever you happen to see any of the characters in the parks, I'm still surprised that I've missed those two!

That's a cute photo of your daughters with Pinocchio and Geppetto. (Picture caught my attention -- I can't recall ever seeing these two Disney characters in the parks, on any of my visits to WDW over the years.) Although it's always random timing whenever you happen to see any of the characters in the parks, I'm still surprised that I've missed those two!

Yes - I don't think we have ever met Geppetto. I know we have met Jiminy a couple of times over at AK. I was happy to see them. Jiminy and Pinocchio are close to my heart.

Wow, you all did so much on this day!!! I will miss Tom Sawyer Island and the Riverboats also. I can't believe that they shut down the line again at Tiana's!!! How fun that you got to see Enchantment from the Contemporary and I agree that HEA is the BEST!!!

lol... poor Julia was so sad - but laughing at the same time! I hope they never end HEA!!

Day 4 - Tuesday, February 4th

Today we were looking forward to another full days of FARTS. Unfortunately, once again, I was unsuccessful in getting a VQ for Guardians! So sad!!! At this point, I wasn't sure if I would get one for our last day, so I checked the ILL availability. Today was all sold out and the next day had times too late in the day for us. I kept trying and all of a sudden, a 10am time slot popped up. I grabbed it as quickly as I could! Success!! I felt less stress knowing if I couldn't get one at 1PM today, we would be able to ride it tomorrow.

We headed out to the Skyliner.

As soon as we got to EPCOT, Miss Hope wanted her breakfast.

Julia and I were hungry, but we refrained from the crepes because we didn't want to fill up and not be able to indulge in the other festival treats.

We rode Remy and then went over to Morocco, where we got the yummy bread...

Japan was next. I think we got almost everything on the menu, plus a Matcha from the other stand.

America was next...

I think we tried bread pudding here? Whatever it was, it was delicious!

Julia wanted to do the Animation Academy, but Hope wasn't feeling it.

So while Julia enjoyed drawing, Hope and I watched the show. I was hoping to catch Voices of Liberty, but the times did not mesh up correctly.

After, we took a few photos which was fun!

I have to sadly admit, we usually skip Italy, but Hope wanted the ravioli, so I was happy to get it for her. Sometimes trying new foods is a challenge for her, so I was glad she wanted to try it. Bonus: she now likes Pesto sauce!

Julia wanted the Mozzarella cheese Patty? It was odd, and while it was yummy, for the price, there needed to be at least 2 of them. And yes - it was a beautiful presentation, but there was enough sauce for at least 3 hunks of cheese.

We tried a couple of treats from China before visiting Olaf and friends.

I was looking forward to indulging in my favorite treat in Mexico. The empanadas with a frozen Fiesta Margarita... SOO GOOD!!!

We decided to take a break and visit Figment while I munched on my food.

We exited World Showcase with our bellies stuffed!

Next up was something we were all excited to do... paint!

It was cool to see the mural taking shape and filling in with color. Julia was sad we could only fill in 5 spaces. She confessed she could have stayed there all day and worked on it.

We wandered over to Figment and used the quiet restrooms and then rode Figment, which now had 2 panels at the end of the ride not working!!
