Some older popular sci-fi shows I should watch

I won't say Star Trek: The Original Series, because that's too obvious. I would nominate the original Outer Limits TV show (1963 - 1965).

The show is what I would call pure or hard science fiction. There are aliens, monsters, spacecrafts and more.
