I always heard food on a sub was some of the best around.Just like if you are in the Navy as one example the chow has to be good on the ship or sub to keep up crew morale.
True. Also its been our experience that considering our labor force is generally coming from a completely different geographic/cultural place, it was better to not only have quality food, but of the type they liked/were used too. Also helps as most projects of this size you are running 2/3 shifts, and you need food facilities that are open 24/7 and serving off time meals, like dinner at 1 AM, ect.
