An observation I made from this video is it looks like the Sting Ray on Moana’s float might move around and appear to jump in the waves.

Pretty sure what he/she said was sarcasm lol. It would be a cool effect though if done well. If they manage to make the Sting Ray look and glow like in the movie then yeah it would be pretty cool.

Given their previous posts, i'm not so sure it is.
June 23rd Desert Start time is the same as June 20th: 8:20. No Hints yet from HEA's Deserts!....Sigh.......

Maybe there isn’t anymore floats to reveal. Except the Mickey float which maybe they waiting to include that with the opening date. Just a guess.
Yeah, I've thought of that. It's just that we haven't heard from DPB since the Wish Float.
When they announced the princess float, they said wouldn’t be the only royalty in the parade. So I think there is at least one more float besides the Mickey float.

So is this gonna be just Paint the Night 2.0 with less than 10 floats? This has been long overdue at least go all out and compete with Tokyo's Dreamlights which has around 20 floats. Maybe meet in the middle 12-15.

Given summer booking levels, I presume they’d give us a date if they were confident. We are getting close but some of the effects need to be attempted on the parade route. They aren’t there quite yet. Soon.
