Trip Report Surprise!! Happy 10th Birthday J!!🎉🥳

It’s been awhile, but I really want to get back into the TR’ing world(special thanks to my friends I met at BJ’s!!)

As the title says, this was not only a birthday trip but a surprise for him!!

Before I get this started let’s take a look back through the years….

His first Disney trip before he got his very first haircut at the Harmony Barber Shop!!

Post haircut & first of many times seeing YeHaa Bob!!

He learned young!!

First carriage ride at POR with mom, grandma & Aunt Patti!!

Anyone remember this?? It will resurface later in this TR!!

He would love when we stayed at POR & I would go to FQ to get beignets!!

We’ve had so much fun over the years!!

Drenched but he has his jelly beans!!

Don’t worry, the Powerade is his!!

J still loves the Tambu Lounge!!

I was looking for one of The Count's "10!" but this I found this instead So fun to see him growing up in Disney photos! It's been a lot of fun reading your reports over the years, so thank you for coming back for us Can't wait to hear all about the surprise!

Tell me about it!! Time sure flies!!

Growing up, the adults in my family would tell us that time goes by faster the older you get. It was a punch to the gut when I realized that I had reached that age where time actually does go by faster LOL.

Yep that was City Works. And then we ran into each other at the Studios, we didn't have a table directly at Baseline but in the walkway area kind of by the quick service there. I think we gave you our table because Baseline was full.

I clearly remember that!! I remember being so excited to run into you both!!(& not b/c of the table either!!)

What a great way to celebrate a 10th birthday! Looking forward to this.

Yep-10!! It's crazy!! JSR & R were there-put the 3 of them together & there's definitely antics--some that I probably should leave out though!!

Thank you!! I appreciate that. Since he knows about the TR's I figured I would wait until I finish this then let him read the whole thing & he can see everyone's wishes!!

J is already 10?? 1-0??? Damn time files but im pretty sure he loved this surprise for his. Birthday! I’m here for the adventure!

He loved it!! At first he seemed confused & almost like he didn't know what to think. He knew he had a basketball tournament that weekend that all of a sudden he wasn't going to!!

Thanks for saying hello that day!! It was so cool!! Sorry I didn't do a live one like I said. That trip had me totally dragging!! And what's he laughing about?? He seemed very comfortable like he knew exactly who I was!!

Gosh, it feels like it was yesterday!! Many thanks again, friend!!

We picked J up from school that morning. He thought he was leaving early for his annual checkup. We said that his parents were giving me a ride to my car bc I had been having troubles. Then we picked up R from his school. We said that he was going to help me with my car. He asked why we were at the airport then got really confused when he saw his suitcase.

That’s when E broke the news!!

He asked me if I could get a LL for Guardians. I figured this was the perfect time to give him his gift.

I had bought LL’s & printed them out so he could see what we got.

The birthday boy wanted Chick-fil-A for lunch.

After a smooth flight we arrived at Disney. We had told J that we were staying at Saratoga Springs but in reality we were staying somewhere where he’s always wanted to.

He was so excited!!

It was super spacious!!

We didn’t hang around the room long bc we had important people to meet!! So excited to see @lindawdw again & to have the pleasure of meeting her lovely friend!!

We enjoyed each other’s company for awhile then we all headed to our dinner reservations. We didn’t have far to go!!

The potstickers were excellent as always!!

And we had a great fireworks view!!

Our waitress brought out a few extra treats for J’s birthday!!

I love how you printed out the LL's and had it all in a big card for him to read through. That is a better read than the safety pamphlet on the plane! (I always think of J when I see that pamphlet on the plane and giggle just a little.)

I've been so busy that I haven't been on the forum boards too often, so it was a pleasant surprise to see you started this one when I checked in today!!! We were so excited to be a part of J's 10th birthday celebration, and I always enjoy my time with your adorable family. I can't wait for more!
