    If all the data lines for the lights are corroded they probably have to rip up the concrete to fix. Hard to imagine the bare minimum was screwed up so badly.

    Probably not, florida wants to level state parks for golf courses. I think disney will be fine, just some things they need to clarify.

    Doesn't really look like it to me, there is a walking path that seems to cross in front of the building. Looks like the start is more towards the middle where the banner is.
