EPCOT Figment, well, to be replaced by Figment

Tony Baxter's probably somewhere cheering since he is now getting the Figment movie he wanted Disney to make, lol. Don't have much to say on the movie besides that I hope it is good and that it is faithful to the spirit of the ride. Seth Rogen and his production company has made a ton of good...

EPCOT Figment, well, to be replaced by Figment

Given what their blue sky plans were at D23 Expo and they attempted to replace the ride with an Inside Out attraction at one point (before Pixar told them to screw off), I don't trust current management with Journey into Imagination and to do what's right for Figment. I would rather them just...

Should Tokyo Disneyland redesign Cinderella Castle?

So as we all know, Hong Kong Disneyland used to have an exact replica of Disneyland's Sleeping Beauty castle back when it first opened. However, a few years ago, they would do something that remains unprecedented so far in Disney's history, in that they basically redesigned it. Giving us the...

    Fox IP's and WDW

Bar the occassional exception such as Avatar and maybe some of their Marvel stuff and the like, I don't think we're gonna see much in the way of Fox representation in the parks. Fox and most of their IPs just don't really gel well with Disney and it's clear that they're treating 20th Century Fox...

Am I the only one that liked the Birthday Cake castle?

Having the castle look like a cake is cute on paper and I can’t help but admire the boldness and ambition of completely changing the appearance of WDW’s icon, but the execution looks incredibly gaudy and tacky and several design choices were very questionable. Even if it does have a certain...

Will Disney ever build a resort in America’s second largest state Texas?

No and here's why from Disney themselves. So yeah, I don't see it happening anytime soon. Besides, it's probably best that Disney puts their focus on their two existing US resorts as opposed to making a new US resort entirely.

Disney Working on Live-Action Adaption of Winnie the Pooh (NOT A JOKE.)

Welp, That trailer finally won me over completely Seriously I was smiling throughout that trailer and they did a great job capturing the other characters in a live action setting. Even Pooh's design has grown on me since the teaser trailer a couple of months back. And the little details...

Disney Working on Live-Action Adaption of Winnie the Pooh (NOT A JOKE.)

Just watched this today and I gotta say i'm more intrigued in this film then I was beforehand Pooh does look a bit...awkward though and a part of me still wishes they chose puppetry Jim Henson style as opposed to CGI as he looks a bit on the uncanny side IMO (Especially the mouth.) I'm sure I'll...

Epcot 35th Anniversary Merchandise coming in 2017

Oh boy! Time for another year of absolute nothingness. With the exception of merchandise, a rededication In the morning, and an exhibit showcasing what Epcot was like when it was good. *Sigh* (I like Epcot, and I never grew with Epcot Center (Once again, born in 99) but after watching YouTube...

    deleted

How can we forget this iconic picture. (This was everywhere after he died.) Now obviously, The day Walt died was a day that changed the Walt Disney Company forever. Taking the company into a dark peroid until the Late 80s where they came back strong. Now while Disney is still around and making...

Do you think the Old Logo is returning?

Disneyland resort also went to a corperate logo for awhile just like WDW starting in 2001 until their 50th anniversary, (Though the original logo was still used for Disneyland Park, ala Tokyo Disneyland.) So i won't be suprised if they do it with Walt Disney World too.

Do you think the Old Logo is returning?

What about MGM/Hollywood studios? Isn't that technically Disney's 80s park as well as Epcot? (Okay it's 1989 but still.)

Do you think the Old Logo is returning?

Sorry for double posting, but a lot of 2017 merchandise is also using the old logo.
