I may be in minority but I took my five year old grandson last October and we all had a blast! All the characters come to you and the entire family enjoyed their meal. This was dinner and they brought our food to us
Yes hot and humid but a little less crowded than full blown summer. Went many times in June. We found always booking a sit down luncheon was a life saver. Relax in the ac, have a nice meal and reenergize. Sometimes after lunch went back to the room for a nap/swim before the evening...
Did club level at Yacht many years ago…it was terrific but we were never there in the middle of the day. It was a timesaver for breakfast and we utilized that every day. Came back later in evening for mostly snacks which was fine. Staff was excellent and even went out of their way if we...
Just returned myself and a good time was had by all! Six rides broke down in the five days we were there(don’t recall that happening in all the years) Made the best of it. Did break down and bought LL for Rise of the Resistance. Transportation was excellent this trip, loved Halloween party...
Just got back! Sit downs were fine, quick service is just that, but we were surprised at the number of rides that broke down! Six times in four days we were turned away except for the people mover we were on at 11 pm at the Halloween party that just stopped in the pitch blackness of Space...
It is cool to sit in the rockers in the lobby, very peaceful and fun to watch people come and go. Dont forget Geyser Point for a decent meal out by the lake and the quiet pool is a fine way to relax and sip a cool drink. Enjoy!
We were there September 2021
MK-Liberty Tree excellent
Epcot-Rose and Crown was a one and done
Beach Club- Cape May,I enjoyed it, hubby just ok. Kind of pricy if you’re not a big eater
Wilderness Lodge-Geyer Point was terrific for several meals
DHS-only ate quick food, Backlot express was not...
Many years ago we went on the MK riverboat when it really started to come down. We stayed on the boat and went around three times till my dad said he couldn’t take it anymore, so we got off and ducked into Columbia Harbor House. Great memories!!
I have been to both. Each has their own uniqueness. It is really not a fair comparison. Dollywood is more a one and done where WDW is a lifelong recurrence!
It was on my bucket list. Ate there last year; food was better than ok but not outstanding. Service was fine and we sat in the back so it was peaceful and pretty. It was a one and done for us.
