It will be like Star Tours - how long did that take for the obvious film change? 25 years? I do remember when Mania opened, they were talking about frequent updates - even down to seasonal changes. The screen based nature of it was being touted as an added benefit for that very reason.

I'm not sure how significant this is. There are always variations in these types of plans, and they don't have to be exact at this point.

I dont think you are being unreasonable. But then early concept art can always be iffy, especially since D23 Expo has pushed Disney to announce things that they really aren't ready to announce. There is something else that will likely surface soon that is perhaps even bigger.
