Long Line Memories and Line Etiquette, Your Worst Line Experiences

I dont hugely mind a person or two coming in to meet up with the rest of their group. When it gets to me is when one person is holding the spot for ALOT of others. I had a situation a few years ago at River Cruise where one guy was holding a spot for 15 people in a 60+ minute line. The line...

    AOA or Carribean?

As someone with young kids like yourself (7-5-3), who has recently stayed at both resorts, I would tend to lean toward CBR. I tend to find the theming as well as comfort levels on the moderate resorts to be well worth it. They tend to "feel" like nicer hotels as opposed to the values. The...

Rose and Crown Beer Cart question

I am not sure on the Golden Imperial but I can tell you i've gotten a Black Velvet (or black apples or snake bites depending on where you are) with half Guinness and half cider at the stand.

    Post-Check In Activities

This is a nice service, which we do use. The only drawback is that it can sometimes be a few hours after check in to get those bags to your room, depending on how busy they are at the time. So, if you are planning a pool day or need to change clothes before heading to DTD or a park I would...

News New Gondola Transportation - Disney Skyliner -

Those running strollers you see everywhere are double wide. I believe those are the most popular ones rented by Kingdom strollers as well

Best restaurants for a big group with kids?

If you are a morning person you can sometimes get Crystal palace reservations up to an hour before the park opens. It is a neat experience walking through the park basically by yourself if you think you can get the kids up and to a 7am(ish) breakfast

    Hard to get photos

Do not have the picture handy but my inlaws have a picture of mickey holding my SIL when she was about a month old. Its pretty cool picture, and not something they would probably want to do today.

How many people actually prefer Winnie the Pooh over Mr. Toad's Wild Ride?

While I really enjoy(ed) and prefer Mr. Toad my 3 girls (2/4/6) all love everything Pooh. They have seen Wind in the willows (they love Ichabod), so they would get it, but its not Pooh.

    Polynesian dvc

Whole heartily agree with this! We had a first floor pool view and it was awesome. A quick short walk to GCH, Lava pool, and TTC and right next to the "quiet" pool

Family of 5, three teenage boys resort help

This is absolutely the way to go. We have done this twice now and been able to stay at Poly for the price of a moderate. We used Davids and found it to be very easy to use.

    WDW Magic Express

I would just call Disney and let them know what time you wanted to catch the ME, they will accommodate. Its pretty easy to schedule for them.

    Princess Marathon Pre-race Dining

I do not remember any "runners specific" meals, we have eaten at Terralina in DD and Tutto Italia in World Showcase for pasta. I can also tell you when my wife ran the princess half in 2011 it was 40 degrees before the race and 85 degrees by the time it finished, so dress for the 85 but know...

Lapu lapu and Back Scratcher @ tambu lounge (Poly)!! There is just something fun and Vacation-y about drinking out of a pineapple!!

    Which hotel with little ones?

As someone with kids the exact same age, do not underestimate the convenience of the proximity to MK. We have stayed with my 6 and 3 year old at both AoA and Poly and not only did they love the "lilo and stitch hotel" as much (probably more) as much as AoA, we appreciated the ability to hop on...
