    Wheel chair for elderly parent

    Try again for the ECV. I'm also 78 and I balked a lot at first myself, but after at least 10 years using an ECV in the parks, I wouldn't have it any other way. I understand the psychology of not wanting to look disabled---but to me nothing says "invalid" more than a wheelchair with someone...
