Yeah I definately won't quit my current job until I'm sure I have the job at Disney and it's a job I want. I'm not exactly sure, but my height is around 5'9". I may be 5'8" or 5'10". My friend who is a character says they measured him at a couple inches taller than he really is.

I have a character audition coming up soon. I plan to quit my current job if I can work for Disney full-time. The job I have right now is pretty secure. My question is how secure Disney is? I've heard some people say they lay off a lot of people during slower seasons. I'd like to stay there...

Can anyone tell me what the average starting pay for a full-time Disney employee would be? For example, what does someone who works in food start at? Or how about a character? My friend plays a character and he said they started him at $6.25 a year ago.
