Yeah, it looks like it's going to be August 22/23 or bust for forthcoming AP rates. I was on the phone first thing this morning hoping to hear the rates were out, but guessing that they were not, and my guess was correct. Fingers are still crossed for next weekend, though.

Definitely getting nervous. I'm planning nine nights at the Polynesian, and there's really no way I can swing that without the AP discount.

Has anyone who's been to the parks recently noticed any Pirates of the Caribbean movie merchandise for sale anywhere? I haven't been able to find any licensed products related to the movie anywhere outside of the parks, and it seems odd that Disney would miss a profitable opportunity like this.

Quite simply, it's the best resort on property. Period. It's beautiful, tranquil, has the best swimming pool and is located in the heart of the property; bar none the absolute best place you can stay at WDW. And Beaches n Cream is soooo good. :)
