Yep, Wall-E, Eva, and heck, even Baymax would all work easily in EPCOT. I do think IP could work in Epcot if used intelligently - it mostly hasn't been.

Yes. I'd be surprised if Disney don't sell / give away some masks with character / park designs, like they already do in Tokyo. Make them desirable and fun instead of scary.

If you're serious, I'd actually take you up on that. I forgot to take a picture of my brick last time I went (not sure it even exists now) and living in England, probably won't be returning until long after they've been removed. I'd like a final pic.
