My bad for not reading the article - it’s hard to see what’s high-vis. From the photo. At first glance - I would say the old yellow white stripes were “higher vis” but photos don’t necessarily show off how reflective the material is.

i never said it was - I guess I don’t understand why they care or how it effects them. I’m also not sure who “they” is - what level of management cares about the budget for living character Mickey or Remy for example?

I would have thought the new shirts would have high-vis built in so they wouldn’t have to wear a vest working in the hottest location in the hottest place on earth (it’s a fact…. Way hotter than Death Valley! :-p )

why does local management care if something is expensive or what the return is? I didn’t see any nightmares with living characters in the parks - but that is of course anecdotal.
