Let’s say a park closes at 6 and a quick serve restaurant is open until 6. Can we order our food to pick up at 6 and just sit and hang out as long as we want? How does that work?

Anyone have any idea when they’re supposed to start working on this? Also SSE. We are supposed to go this spring and I don’t want to go if there will be scaffolding over either one!
