Those of us old enough to remember stood in long lines for over an hour as kids for the NY Worlds Fair. Lines are nothing new and families who cannot afford to spend dollars on the whole Disney experience will take a back seat to those willing to shell out the money.

Found it humorous that Stephen Colbert mocked Disney yesterday for not running the Trams.

My older sister experienced heat related issues while at MK. Part of our family group opted to stay at our resort for the day. My sister took a hotel shuttle to Coronado Springs and our family members came and picked her up. It was helpful to get her out of the heat.

I find that thought process interesting. But the couple could have easily finished by just spelling out Disney. But they didn’t, they made the “D” big and prominent on the shirt. They achieved their intention with the shirts and people read into it correctly. Only adults would have gotten it...

I went during the winter break for Texas and Michigan school districts. Hands down not the time to do the MK. Long wait lines for everything. First time I was shocked to see a 90 minute wait for Wedway.

Not so long ago there was never a wait for the people mover. For many year you could get on very quickly.

This is the second time I had to wait in line to get on. It was a 25 minute wait line.

I was on the Wedway People Mover yesterday and was disheartened to see track just abruptly stop and disappear by the Tron construction site. Glad to hear they still have plans to keep the iconic WD mainstay in the park.

I thought the promo for the band was pretty cool with the interactive feature inside the parks… but they lost me on that whole echo dot look alike in your room. I don’t need Mickey invading my personal space. I wonder if it will light up red instead of blue when it’s listening?

I did read that Disney Hotel Guest will have first pick at Genie reservations. Which means if your outside the world you are in line behind everyone else staying inside. But that information real or not will be revealed when Genie is open for purchase. We have not stayed inside for over 20 years...
