Reading this, I'm just incredibly grateful that I've been able to go enough times to have what I consider to be "habits" - many have already been listed, and I've picked up a few for our next trip (64 days!!)

I personally enjoy the current mix of old and new, showing my kids the things I loved at their age and getting to experience the new attractions with them and through their eyes. The system won't arbitrarily pick a different ticket each day, and if they're set up through package reservations they should be prioritized correctly by default - but it doesn't hurt to double check when you check in that they're listed correctly.
