Agreed. We were in our usual spot in the beer garden beside the Rose and Crown. I remember not seeing the barge but thought might just be blocked by the Luminous ones

I'm not sure on that. In recent years it has certainly become more popular, one only has to look at the daily flights from across the UK to the UAE, and it isn't just for connections to the far east and Australia. There's certainly a large enough number of Scots travellers anyway. Emirates paid...

You could see them from the roof viewing deck, California Grill and possibly top floor guest rooms as they come over the bridge to Liberty Square.

Hopefully the Heartbeat of Freedom tag finale returns to the middle of the lagoon this year. It lost a lot of it's 'wow factor' being behind the American Adventure. The hogmanay one just there i'm sure was over the middle of the lagoon.

The times guides showing all the park hours, parades, and transportation / recreation details on the back were really handy. Hopefully they make a return. Perhaps just being a bit of a modern luddite, but I kept one in my wallet, or card holder on my camera strap - much preferred that to using...
