I'm not positive of this but I think the answer is No. I remember dining in Japan and not being able to see out of the building at all. It could just be where I was seated that day though...

I miss... I miss If You Had Wings at the MK sponsored by Eastern Airlines. It's now the Buzz Lightyear ride which I think is great but I miss the people dancing under the waterfall, the feeling of the turbo boost and the end and the song...which I'm now singing in my head thank you very much.

Of your two choices I would say the Wilderness Lodge would be your better choice. Both that you chose require taking buses and possibly connecting/transferring at the TTC for the other parks. Although you can walk to EPCOT and MGM from BW, it's a long walk - it may not seem so long on your way...
