Found it- but what disney CD was it on?

Hi all, I've lost my mind trying to find a track. It was a medley of different countries style of music. England was featured, India, China, Scotland etc.... It culminated in a big piece of music. In my mind, it might be on the same album as Oh Canada and There's a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow...
