Let's not draw false equivalencies. You as well as I know the Disney Look updates are not that extreme of an example and plenty of teachers sport appropriate tattoos, earrings, etc.

Cast Members are human beings, not robots who shut down and go into storage after the park closes. If you don't invest in your cast, Cast will have little incentive to care. Making cast feel empowered and welcomed and included will have a positive impact on their service skills and their pride...

All i said was that we cant leave those folks out. I am happy as well that union cast are being called back and every one of them needs to be celebrated.

It's been extended until September 2021 through programs like PEUC and PUA, fortunately. But likely, isn't enough to cover their normal living expenses.

A reminder that Cast Members are human beings not robots and Disney Look only concerns them as they are employed by DPEP, not anyone on this Forum.

What's funny is that they're the ones likely abusing and mistreating the Cast daily...

Perhaps if the CMs were paid livable wages, felt included, and weren't abused by the guests daily......

Did you ever think about how exclusivity, misrepresentation and abuse by guests towards the Cast contributed to the decline of said product?

Apologies to you that anything/anyone calling out Disney for past micro-aggressions and enforcing a dress-code system that discriminated against BIPOC is something that you view as "racist". This is why the Disney community has become a laughing stock.
