I am thinking of getting annual passes for my family. If I make reservations for a Disney hotel before getting these.. can I still get the discount added later? I want to make sure before I do anything.

Does anyone know if the topisaries from the festival stay up after the festival for a while? My family is planning a trip in the beginning of July and we would love to still see these pretty sights!
